These sessions are all about providing you with practical and mindset solutions, tools, and techniques to help you manage daily life with ADHD.
Helping you reframe and release old stories, beliefs, and conditioning so that you can move forward with more positivity and intention.
Specifically for female entrepreneurs with ADHD, this coaching package is all about supporting you with your work-life balance and helping you to understand your ADHD brain alongside your business and wellbeing. As a female entrepreneur with ADHD myself, I totally understand how overwhelming running your own business can feel. Topics covered will include boundaries, lifestyle choices, PR & marketing support for your business and how to grow your business without becoming overwhelmed.
Looking for help with each of the areas mentioned? Then why not tailor-make your own sessions and allow me to support you in whatever capacity you’re looking for with your ADHD.

Please note that there is a 3 session minimum with all of my coaching packages.
All sessions are 45 minutes long.

I credit my own coach, Caroline for being the person who has gently nudged me in the right direction, opened my eyes to new possibilities and showed me that a mind-set really can be changed. There is now so much new research and evidence to show that our neural pathways changeable and mouldable, hence the term Neuroplasticity. We really can teach ourselves to think differently in order to make long-lasting improvement to our behaviour and mindset.
So whether that is to do with our health, career, family, emotional wellbeing or money – we have the ability to make that change. It’s a matter or learning some new techniques and tools to really make the most of our amazing brains!
How empowering is that? What we do often need help with, is guidance towards making that leap and knowing exactly where to start. As a coach, I will work with you at your own pace to help you implement the appropriate changes which will reap long-lasting success – without any overwhelm.
