The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Workshop Series offers a supportive space to explore the many layers of living well with ADHD. Each session blends lived experience, expert insight, and gentle, practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change — without the pressure to be more productive.

Across the seven workshops, we’ll explore ADHD related topics such as:
