No matter how successful or qualified you are in your career, if your internal confidence is low or you have social anxiety, it's difficult to move forwards and feel fulfilled. This week, Phanella Fine, aka The Confidence Coach, talks to Kate about how she helps her clients through a mix of coaching, CBT and hypnosis and how we all the power within us to change our thoughts and behavioural patterns.

Building confidence from within, discovering our values and shifting from "should" to could".

Joining Kate on this episode of the Ambitious Mum is Phanella Fine, who was previously a lawyer, a banker and is now a psychotherapist, executive coach and author.

Phanella found herself in a few careers (after succumbing to family and community pressure to choose the 'right' career) before transitioning to coaching and personal development - after feeling unfulfilled with her career when she became a mother the work she was taking on as a lawyer.

Hear how Phanella recognised that confidence was one of the biggest blocks for the people she deemed 'successful' in her corporate career and how she now uses hypnotherapy in her work to help her clients to move past their confidence issues to become more aligned with their happiness.
