Data or Dinner? The pandemic has highlighted the digital poverty in the UK and this week Kate’s guest is explaining how she is supporting young and single mothers at this difficult time.

Fiona Small is a motivational speaker and entrepreneur. She is the founder and director of the Young Mums Support Network which she launched in 2011. As a solo parent of two children, Fiona was aware of the areas that single mums needed support in, through her work she has helped young mums whom she recognised were in need of skills and tools to empower them to make informed decisions about their lives and relationships.

Ultimately the young mums that Fiona supports are able to find increased confidence and aspirations of what they can achieve through connection and community.

Ambitions manifest differently for everyone and in this podcast series, Kate will be hearing about the different journeys and challenges her guests have faced whilst balancing their wellbeing & spiritual aspirations, career goals, family lives and the often-forgotten self-care.

Kate Moryoussef is a Wellbeing/EFT & Forgiveness coach and mum to four children, who is passionate about helping women rediscover their inner voice, tap into their expansive potential and realise themselves outside of their family dynamic.
