Toolkit Episode: Reprogramming Your ADHD Beliefs: From Fear to Empowerment

This week's ADHD Women's Wellbeing Toolkit episode dives into the complexities of ADHD. PLUS, we introduce a new feature, "Ask the Psych," featuring Dr. Asad Raffi, a consultant psychiatrist with 24 years of experience and personal insights on ADHD.

Over the next few episodes, Dr Raffi will share his extensive knowledge and personal insights to help you navigate your ADHD challenges. This week, we discuss ADHD and self-sabotage, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, trauma, RSD and the pressing need for improved medical support and understanding.

Dr Raffi emphasises the importance of understanding ADHD not just as a set of symptoms but as a condition that profoundly impacts emotional regulation and relationships.

During my solo coaching, I introduce the concept of reprogramming negative beliefs so we can shift from fear-based thinking to a more empowering mindset. I also discuss the significance of self-compassion and leaning into intuition to help overcome self-doubt and fear of failure. Ultimately, the episode invites you to consider what you can release from your life that no longer serves you, fostering a journey towards more self-belief, self-acceptance and growth.
