This week’s episode is with Shawna Hughes, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist for parents of kids with ADHD.

Anxiety is something Shawna has struggled with over the years and through these experiences, she has seen firsthand how improving our diet can positively impact ADHD and anxiety. Having figured out the diet and lifestyle strategies that work best for her and her family, she's now dedicated to helping other parents in similar situations to find what works for their families through Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.
