“All you have is time - it's what you do with your time...you're as busy as you want to be.”

In this week's Ambitious Mum powerful episode, Roberta Brown aka The Mindful Mum of London gives us a huge reminder: “All we have is now, there’s no more rehearsing, we are nobody in the grand scheme of life, just live, live, live!

After several family traumas, including a lifelong fear of death and health anxiety, Roberta had a breakdown from which she had a big road of recovery ahead. Therapy then led Roberta to find mindfulness and this particular practice just clicked with her, living in awareness became the new meaning to her life - so much so she felt called to teach this to others, giving them the tools to be aware of their own strength, autonomy and choice over how they live their life. Roberta, through mindfulness, now "teaches people to be present".
