Series 3, Ep 3: Do One Thing and The Rest Will Follow with Dominique Woolf, CEO of The Woolf's Kitchen
Becoming a successful food entrepreneur is no easy feat, but becoming one during a pandemic while homeschooling three children is awe-inspiring. Dominique Woolf tells her story and explains the steps she took to launch her business, The Woolf's Kitchen.
Seeing the results of passion and pursuit - how to realise your dream business idea during a pandemic!
Kate’s guest this week is the founder of The Woolf’s Kitchen, food writer, cook and mother of three, Dominique Woolf.
18 months ago Dominique came to Kate feeling unable to get her Thai inspired food idea off the ground - fast forward to April 2021 and The Woolf’s Kitchen spicy and tangy sauces and nut ranges are now stocked in the illustrious Selfridges Food Hall.
During the episode, entrepreneur and mother, Dominique shares with Kate the steps she took to see her passion project go from strength to strength, the goal setting and visualisation that saw her launch her sauces in June 2020, during lockdown with her three kids (then aged 3, 4 and 5) at home and no childcare.
The Woolf's Kitchen has recently been featured on BBC Breakfast, in The Independent (best hot sauces 2021), The Metro, The Times, Stylist Magazine’s Style List and This is Money amongst others. Now on a roll, Dominique is expanding her range and is working on two new spicy condiments.
