The F.A.S.T Movement podcast

So I recorded a podcast with the lovely Gee from The F.A.S.T Movement a while ago and here it actually is 👈🏻

I met Gee at my Mindfully Botanical planting event and she asked me to be a guest on her podcast, which focuses on improving mental health and suicide prevention. About six months ago, I would’ve laughed at this idea and balked at the chance of doing something totally out of my comfort zone. But I decided to jump at the chance to talk about basically what I love and even if no one listens to the podcast, I know I have done something that normally would’ve terrified me and made me quite anxious.

Plus if it can help one person, I’ll feel like it was worth the fear! Despite the professional set up (felt like a radio presenter!), it felt super relaxed and we had a great conversation that I thoroughly enjoyed. We chatted about ways and techniques to embrace more joy and positivity into our lives, plus explored ways to help improve our long term mental health. Would love to know what you think and if you have any feedback at all. And apologies if I do witter on - maybe that’s something over time you get over once you hear yourself recorded a few more times 🙄🤷‍♀️
